Rec Plus teams will be formed using 3 different criteria. 

1. Player evaluations
2. Geographical demographics 
3. Requests. 

Forming balanced competitive teams is the goal, therefore not all requests can be met.  Evaluations are performed for 1st-8th players after the registration period closes and before each season starts.  Players are also evaluated throughout the season by our staff who will attend at around 50% of all their practices and games.
